“ This restaurant is a perfect spot for families with kids. The theme, decor, and atmosphere are ideal for little ones to have a blast and feel at ease. The food is excellent and delicious, and the service is top-notch. The girl who waited on us was super friendly and attentive, taking care of our table and all our needs, making our stay very comfortable. Plus, the portions are generous - one dessert can easily feed 4 people! Overall, we're extremely satisfied with our experience at this restaurant and highly recommend it to families with kids. ”
“ I had a large party of 18 people for my birthday at Rainforest Cafe. Our server, Vanessa, was so friendly and helpful. She did a great job at connecting with each guest and making sure we all had everything we needed. I had to secure my reservation through the sales manager for the large party and they were accommodating, clear, and thorough. A table was ready to go when we arrived, we all enjoyed our delicious timely food and drinks, and of course we loved the whimsical ambiance of the Rainforest Cafe. Thanks to the staff who helped make my birthday the best one so far! I have and will be back again. ”
“ Went on a Monday and our waitress Elizabeth was a true gem! She was attentive, very friendly , and kind! She took very good care of us and especially our 3 littles! She even got my daughter extra oranges! She is extremely professional and courteous! We will only ask for her when we come back to Rain Forest Cafe!!!! “ I've been wanting to visit the Rainforest Cafe for a while to enjoy a drink called "Purple Rain". Now, the last time I had one was about 20 years ago, so I just expected it to still be available. I stopped in the bar and asked for the "Purple Rain" only to find that it was not a menu item any longer. The bartendress "Emma" said she would try to recreate it for me. There are several recipes online and she did her best. The recreated drink had a strong fruity flavor, with a dominant sweet and slightly tart taste, but it lacked the specific vibrant color and subtle undertones I remembered. While it was still an effective and tasty drink, it wasn't quite the nostalgic experience I was hoping for. Emma was very kind and attentive, and I appreciated her effort to make the drink for me." "I also ordered the "Korean Chicken Lettuce Wraps". This appetizer was very good and I was very satisfied with it. The chicken was tender and flavorful, with a nice balance of sweet and spicy notes. The accompanying vegetables were fresh and crisp, and the sauce added a delicious kick. The portion size was generous, easily enough for two people, and the presentation was appealing. If there were just a few more pieces of lettuce, it would have been perfect. ”
“ This place is absolutely AMAZING! I almost couldn’t believe somewhere like this existed. All the animals in the attached pictures are animatronic and move every so often, the food is top-notch, and the staff are helpful, courteous and truly know their craft! My wife and I had dinner here during our vacation together, which is the only times that we’re able to get together and the Rainforest Cafe definitely warned their 5 star rating here. Especially the waiter who tended to us so well, Brian, even when the whole place was a, quite literal, zoo from the Christmas rush. He was very good at his job and genuinely felt like he likes working here! ”

Not only was she incredibly attentive, ensuring our drinks were always full and our needs were met before we even had to ask, but she was also genuinely friendly and engaging. She was knowledgeable about the menu, offering helpful suggestions and answering all of our questions with patience and enthusiasm.
